A visual rendering can be used to review the packaging appearance, structure, branding position, finishing effects, and overall presentation before physical sampling.

You confirm: Visual appearance, branding placement, colors, and finishing direction.

Physical Sample

Where required, a physical sample allows the buyer to evaluate dimensions, structure, materials, finishing, fit, and overall packaging experience before approving mass production.

You confirm: Physical structure, materials, fit, appearance, and finishing.

Buyer Approval

Production moves forward after the agreed packaging specifications, artwork, structure, finishing, and other project details have been confirmed.

You confirm: The final approved specifications for production.

Mass Production & Quality Control

Production follows the approved project requirements, with quality checks covering materials, printing, structure, finishing, assembly, and other agreed specifications.

Next: Production and inspection according to the approved project requirements.

Final Inspection & Shipping

Before shipment, the finished packaging is reviewed against the agreed project requirements. Packing and delivery arrangements are then confirmed according to the order.

Final stage: Inspection, packing, shipment, and delivery coordination.
