FSC-related documentation can be provided for applicable FSC-certified materials within the relevant certification scope. Because FSC requirements depend on the material selected for a particular project, buyers should confirm the requirement before production and make sure the material used for the order matches the agreed documentation.

The magnetic closure should be evaluated during sampling. The main checks include magnet placement, lid alignment, closing strength and ease of opening. The required magnet setup can change with the box size, board construction, lid weight and insert design. The goal is a closure that stays secure during normal handling without being unnecessarily difficult to open.

The most useful information is the finished box size, product dimensions, quantity, preferred structure, material requirements, artwork status, printing and finishing requirements, insert requirements and shipping destination. If some details are not available yet, send the information you already have. A packaging manufacturer can review the project and identify the missing specifications before preparing the final quotation.

Yes. You do not need to have a finished dieline to start a packaging project. Product dimensions, product photos, a reference box or a physical product sample can provide a starting point for structural development. The final structure should be confirmed through the prototype before mass production.
